The first number after your codename is your raw exam score out of 200.
The second is a curved score. For example, the cut off for an A on this exam was 170, so that would be converted to 90. In all cases this is somewhat better for you than simply dividing by 200.

The third number is your overall course average. In most cases this was computed by the formula outlined in the syllabus. Where beneficial, your lowest midterm grade was dropped in lieu of (as opposed to in addition to) the standard attendance bonus.
Note that the number you see includes the attendance bonus. So the conversion to the letter grade is direct.
